How do I Join dobox

Please click on the join dobox button and fill the create dobox account form. Click CREATE ACCOUNT. You will be sent a mail to confirm your email address, click the confirm email link in the mail, you will receive an activation code via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided in the registration form. Input the code inside the text box provided on the activation page to complete your join process.

I didn't receive my activation code, why?

If you don't receive the activation code in 24hours, please click the activation link in your email again.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the RESET PASSWORD link on the login page. Input the email address you registered with and click RESET. You will receive an email with a link to complete the password reset process. Click the link and input your new password to complete the reset process.

Where can I see my transactions history?

Your transactions history can be viewed by clicking the VIEW TRANSACTIONS link under the MY ACCOUNT page.

How do I find movies & TV episodes I have bought or rented?

Click MY LIBRARY which can be found under MY ACCOUNT page to access your purchase or rental history.

If I rent a movie/TV episode, how long will I have before it expires?

The validity period of the movie/TV episode is stated under the movie tag.

Does dobox offer subtitles?

Movie sub-titling is based on the producer's discretion.

Will I be able to rent any of your titles if I am outside Nigeria?

The movie validity period will be enforced.

Do I need to install software on my computer to play a movie/TV episode?

Yes, you need to install the dobox app by clicking on the Download App link on the website. Or depending on your device, you may visit the android, blackberry or iOS store to download the dobox app.

What is the video quality of the file I am paying for?

The video quality varies according to the movie/TV episode. It could be HD, HSD or SD.

I can't watch the title I rented anymore. Why?

The rental period for the content may have expired. Please check the rental validity to confirm.

What are the device requirements needed for Streaming?

Are all titles available to watch online?

Not all titles are available to watch online as some titles can be downloaded.

How fast does my internet connection need to be?

Can Rented/Bought titles be streamed on multiple devices at the same time?

Rented/bought titles cannot be streamed on multiple devices at the same time. You can only login on one device at a time to stream a title.

Can I download free movies?

We do not currently have these features.
